CGTC stands for Central Georgia Technical College. CGTC Blackboard was formally established to conduct enterprise by the State Board of the Technical Faculty System of Georgia throughout its September 2012 assembly when the Board accredited the consolidation of Center Georgia Technical Faculty and Central Georgia Technical Faculty in 1962, Macon, GA.
